I'm Liz Lord — Founder & Chief Architect of The Professional Transformation Institute and creator of the Dentist to CEO Operating System™. Together with my team, we bring over a century of combined experience to every engagement. I understand the unique pressures you face because I've lived them alongside practice owners, from start-up chaos to multi-location growth.
My work integrates leadership, finance, operations, marketing, growth, and legacy planning — always beginning with the owner's vision for the life the practice must support.
